Who we are

Mannvit Labs is an independent systems practice founded by Jonas Andersson and Johan Vartanian. For anything in this policy, reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, company or agency name, and message. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of this website. Depending on your browser and Google Analytics settings, this can include pages visited, interaction data, general browser and device information, and approximate location.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to distinguish visits and produce site-use reports. We use those reports to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improvement. We do not send the contents of contact-form messages to Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. You can also use the Analytics settings control in the footer or at the bottom-left of the page to change your choice at any time.

How we use it

We use what you send solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and follow up about it. We do not send newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use.

How it is stored and processed

Submissions are stored in our database and delivered to us by email. We use Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile plus basic rate limiting to filter spam. These providers process the data only to deliver the service on our behalf.

Google processes analytics information for Google Analytics. Google explains its handling of that information in the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and we remove them on request. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for the Mannvit Analytics property.

To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, email [email protected] and we will handle it. For information Google Analytics holds, use Google's privacy controls or the browser options described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date above reflects the latest version.
